Just because you cannot reconcile the two in your own life doesn't mean it cannot be done. It can and is done everyday, that is the weight of evidence.
RESPONSE:

Have you ever tried flying off a tall building? Would you ignor the evidence of the existence of gravity and that you cannot fly?

There's a "leap of faith" for you.

IMO true faith is a combination of hope and reason... the same definition for the others.
Maybe in the Unites States of La La Land but not in the real world.

Well, since the thread is about the reconciliation between faith and reason, I wouldn't ignore that fact, but such an extreme example only shows that you have missed the point of my previous posts in the thread and have nothing to counter with.

True belief requires both reason and faith.

Sometimes forum addiction will do that to you.

Define "real world." lol
You know so little about the "real world" (as do I) so it's funny that you are so quick to pretend you know. Even in the fantasy world of science (where people cling to only that which they can pretend to understand)... it is based on hypothesis... What's so REAL about guesses? Very much is real about guesses (hypothesis/actions of faith)... because anything that produces influence is real... Even if that which is believed in is not real (ie if the hypothesis has no basis, it still inspired influence of the experiment & subsequent further knowledge).
You seem very bright intellectually, I hope you will be more open-minded to learn more emotionally & spiritually.
