I have a 100 valid counter points, but in the world of the internet (and in real life) you get nowhere with that sort of opening point.
I am very certain that this college student is a fine person, but she needs to understand that if she wants to succeed in life she needs to work on her written skills. A hard, but worthwhile lesson. A lesson better learned here than in real life.
