Years later those who believe in such things as Mayan calendars and Nostradamus believed the Hister to mean Hitler. So I think we can leave Nostradamus out of things.... and Mayan calendars too.
I know that Nostradamus predicted a man with a small mustache would smite people down, and I am pretty sure he was Mayan. Or have I made a slight error?
I think they were referring to Charlie Chaplin. Who knew he was a Mayan?
I remember reading something about that, too. The nagging little problem is that there have been several men with small mustaches in the times between Nostradamus and Hitler. (Napoleon III had a small mustache, for instance). And there's a good chance that at least one of them was guilty of smiting.

people joke about December 2012 but what these scientist are doing is nothing to laugh about. They have no idea what they are opening up with these experiments. We shouldn't even be attempting to recreate black holes. We already know what kind of power comes from splitting atoms. I don't think we should be smashing them trying to create black holes.

No! You have no idea what they are doing. Oh look Chicken Little................the sky is falling. If you lack the intellect required to understand very simple information, like the age of the earth et al, you have no place discussing the LHC.
