Well, we don't really do it to "perfect" ourselves. We will never be perfect. We perform as many of the mitzvot because it is an honor. We do it because we must.

And back to the OP, yes the 613 mitzvahs are required of all Jews, no matter their level of observance. Non-Jews are only held to the 7 Noahide laws.

So the perfect plan for Judaism to do is to receive Jesus and His righteousness and receive His Holy Spirit through starting to repent of sins and turn from the lost ways of traditions of men.......Then in this perfect plan , there is a must to pray to Father God and ask to receive Jesus and His righteousness for His plan for your life...You must have other believers of Lord Jesus to assure your heart is perfect and God moves through His children....

Sir Les, there is not one Jew on the planet who believes in Jesus. The concepts of Jew and Jesus are mutually exclusive. There is nothing else in your long post above that is relevant to discuss, if you follow Jesus belief systems and claim to be a Jew.

I can call myself the President of the United States, and that does not make me the president.

So if you really want to claim to be a Jew, and your mother and her mother were actually practicing born Jews, then by all means, come on home. We're happy to have you come back. But if you want to maintain your Jesus beliefs, then I'll just wish you a "good day," and nicely ask you to keep your Jesus beliefs far far away from my precious fellow yiddin.
