What ever designed the universe is not intelligent.. There is no intelligent design...The term and attribute of intelligence is a human construct..God is so vast and powerful- He does not need intelligence....He is beyond thinking....or being "intelligent"- If God was a human then intelligence would come into play...but He is not......oh...the solar system is a really nice clock...I have never seen one so large.
