There is no reason for theists either, there is no reason to be here, God just happened to always exist, so God is meaningless. To wipe out another human is no problem under the supposed commands and blessings of God.

But one has to ask how can anyone define "christ like" when christ is just the name given to the imaginary friend of millions. They take the book of fables about him, and cherry pick the parts they like, and create the persona of their "friend"

So basically it boils down to the "deity thing" that theists "dream up" always hates the same people they hate. The advantage (for theists) is that their "friend" becomes the scapegoat as they don't have to take personal responsibility for their bigotry, hate and ignorance, they can merely invoke the name of their "friend" and are guilt free.
