Comparing apples to apples...
In the posts above in red, you added that a secular non-religious type govt means....."among other things, Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot, etc." Since the United States has a secular non-religious type govt, then that means among other things..... Bush, Clinton, Obama, etc.
