Hey, you forgot Cg81's Crazy Cajun Catfish with hushpuppies and slaw, and maybe if you ask, some fried pickles on the side. (my wife's from the south and I love the food!)

Sounds good!! I had Cajun chicken years ago and can still taste it! I had to scrape the seasoning off there was soooo much! But oooh, the right amount is good! Fried pickes? You sure your wife isn't from Minnesota?
