In the old testament, god loved to smite us. Now there's the "new" testament and he's leaving us alone.
Thank you Jesus for keeping God from destroying us! I know you're all that's stopping him from making us go extinct like he almost did with the flood.

God has killed hundreds of millions, maybe billions of people in floods and other outbursts. If that's his love, I don't want it.

Is this the original sin thing again? Do you believe we're all born sinners? If so, how do you reconcile that with free-will? And do not say we have free-will, but are biased towards sin. Because a free-will that is biased is not free-will.
