Okay... weird argument about spirits?

Also, sounds like you're trapping science in a box. Science is a method of understanding and verifying phenomena (for instance if X object warps gravity, why and how does it work? Let's experiment!) While you could say that is "corrupting" science, the term from corruption is a religious one. All I see is using science to prove or disprove things. And occult/supernatural is technically a "thing" to use it on.

Btw, the Spirit Science forum routinely ignores my posts.

For all their talk of "unity" I feel like an outcast. Forget them. They're evil.

Pretty much. Just like 'creation science'.
They are both what are commonly referred to as "folk science."

Folk science - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Sounds okay insofar as basic stuff like knowing offhand that water and electricity don't mix. You don't wanna have to test that stuff. Likewise, if you're sick of the back and forth argument between religion and science, it's probably simpler (jury's out whether it's better tho) to slap a quick explanation on that works for both.

And Folk science as in waiting 30 minutes after eating before getting in the water.
