Thanks for clearing up that your inspiration for this thread had nothing to do with it.

I'd save the one year old child and leave the other lives there in hopes that the cryogenic safe also has a measure of fireproofing to last until the fire department gets there.

I said quite the opposite. The inspiration for a question and the question can be two different things, but I'm sure you already know that.

Then do you agree that an embryo is not equivalent to a (one year old) human life?

Let me rephrase the question. If the choice was between twenty one-year old children and one child, would you still save the one child?
