As George Takei said, may his soul find the peace in death that so escaped him in life.

The Bible is made for guys like him. The Bible sanctions all his bigotry. The Bible sanctions the murder of any gay. Fred was passive compared to Moses.

Sorry folks, I know a lot of you were planning to attend and carry signs, but there will not be a venue offered.
Could always just go to their homes.

Because they know that Christians, Atheists, Muslims ... just about everybody I can think of on this planet wants to show up and celebrate the death of Fred Phelps.

Maybe we should all march outside Westboro Baptist Church and protest the lack of a funeral for us to protest at.

Seriously, this is the best news I've heard all week.

Moses called for the deaths of gays. "If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them." (Leviticus 20:13 KJV)
There is all kinds of anti-gayness in the Bible. The Bible is EXTREMELY antigay..............

To paraphrase Hitch--it's a shame there isn't a hell for him to go to.

Better that way, IMO. The less attention this gets the better. We're better than that.

Here is a list of Bible verses that condemn homosexuality. Freddie was only dutifully following the Bible. The "God" of the Bible agrees with him that all gays are evil.
