Religion doctrine teaches people are being sent on earth to pass test: if person behaves well he will be sent to paradise, otherwise - to hell. Ok, but then each person must have one yet option - to refuse from passing of test. I.e. each person must have opportunity to come to god and to say:
- I refuse from your test. Send me back to unbeing.
And god must answer:
- Ok, no problem. It is your indefeasible right.
And immediately to send person to unbeing. Question: how I can implement my indefeasible right?

Lots of "musts" in your beliefs. How do you know what God must answer? Did he tell you? If you were in contact with him you should have taken that opportunity to ask Him about the unbeing thing.

There is one flaw in your logic here. You have not stated if you believe in God so without the belief in God who exactly are you going to ask to implement your request to be put back to your "unbeing"?
Figure that one out before you try to come up with any sort of logical, reasonable answer.
