In these discussion we have here, frequently some apologist will say something to the effect that, as far as the laws in the OT are concerned, "The laws in the OT are Mosaic laws created by God strictly for the Israelites and don't apply to the rest of us".
OK, let's accept that.
Then why are so many of the OT admonitions brought forward? Things like homosexuality, like the ten commandments etc. etc.
How do apologists determine which OT rules are to be followed, and which ones don't apply?

My bets are that no apologist is going to answer this, but avoid it. Because, well, it's that jello thing.
Excuse me?! I have already showed that Jello can be nailed to a wall. I find and more importantly kraft foods find that your comparison of their product to apologists very insulting and degrading to all jello (even lime flavor). I would humbly ask you to retract your statement above, as it been shown jello as more integrity (both ethically and structurally) than some apologists.
I am sure that the way it works is this: If it is not confirmed in the NT somewhere, it is obsolete. Except the ten commandments. Even though the one about honouring father and mother was rather sidelined by Jesus and the NT and so was the sabbath.
Oh, you know the answer to that one very well, cupper!
CONTEXT!!!
And context, of course, is whatever that flavour of Christian says it is.
In that particular instance, of course. Always subject to a completely different interpretation if the first definition proves insufficient as the argument evolves.
By the way, am I the only one who initially misread the title as "Nailing Jesus To The Wall..."? Threw me for a brief loop; I thought, "wait a minute, I don't remember it that way..."
Fundamentalists will say that homosexuality is discussed in the NT as well (Romans).
Shows they have no idea what homosexuality is and no idea of what Paul was referring to in Romans.
