And if "Jesus" explains that John (revelations) is the speculations and imagination of a man and is not to be taken too seriously, would you buy that or doubt whether it really was Jesus, returned?
The fact is, that I believe that there have been two returned Jesuses (one on the boards, here) and so far as I know, most people didn't believe either of them. Because they have their own expectations of what Jesus should be like and if it turns out to be a guy in a suit and glasses saying a new Law unlike the one one they have been taught in the Megachurch or worked out for themselves by cherry -picking scripture, I suspect he wouldn't get crowds from Syria, Tyre and the Decapolis or anywhere else. California, maybe.

Well according to the book of Revelation, God will unleash a whole lot of nasty supernatural wrath upon the earth and all kinds of crazy stuff will happen. So when I see all the stars fall from the sky*, I'll know the guy in the white robe standing in the lobby of the Mount of Olives Hotel is the real deal.
*clearly the author of Revelation had no idea what a star actually is
If Jesus was to come back today, I think everybody will know. I believe it will be a grand entrance, and the brightness around him will be so powerful. It will be something no one have ever seen or could have imagine, you will just know.

Honestly, I couldn't tell you how I would react, I don't believe any of us can. To actually see Jesus in all his glory and my less than perfect life, I just don't know.

I really want to be suave, or swave ..... never happen. I don't think I could contain myself from noticing the details. Hair, clothing, especially shoes. The walk, manner and voice. I would want to experience the glory.
I want to tell my grandchildren I was there when Jesus came by. The parade of parades.
