I got that tract this morning! Came home and found it tucked under the door mat. Same invitation with the same wording. Today must be the day for a major recruitment push by the JW's. (It went straight to the recycling bin.)

Yeah, it had one of those bar code patterns you can scan on your cell phone to find the closest location with the event; I suppose all of their kingdom halls are doing the same thing those two weeks. It's relatively sophisticated compared to a lot of houses of worship.

There's actually an evangelical church "branch location" in our local mall. It's obvious that they are using sales and marketing tactics to gain followers. There are no crosses, just nice happy New Age looking artwork and symbols, complete with free coffee.
