In all seriousness, the guy was crazy. For someone like him, if it wasn't a church it would have been somewhere else. Very sad.

wow, I haven't been online much today and had no idea about the bomb threat.

and yes, like someone else said, it would be sad no matter where the shooting took place. I didn't mean to suggest that I thought it was only sad because it took place in a church.

I heard the bomb was a false report.

That's why I can't understand why his father would buy him a gun for his birthday, they knew he had issues.

That may not be true. I just heard a report that the shooter used money he'd been given for his birthday to purchase it.
