Good point, let me explain my position a little further.
I believe that it's perfect acceptable to think that the "big bang" if that theory is in fact true (Not saying either way) was God bringing the univers into existance. I believe in a creation process. Was it six earth days or six "God days"? Was it 6000 years or 6000 billion years? I don't know. Do I know how exactly he did it? No. But I do believe "science" is only discovering what is already there and that leads me to the next thought.
Even to the casual observer it's obvious you cant get something from nothing. It's never been done on this earth and as far as we know the universe.
0+0 = 0 And even the fact that zero has a value shows that it had to originate from something to be nothing!

Who said anything about there being a time of nothing? What if matter always existed? I like your equation but I like this one better: E=MC²

Science does not support that. Only scripture does.

Even that equation relies on things that exist - and they came from something.

You're seeing things...all I see is an atheist and an agnostic having a good "what if" philosophical conversation.

That's good! Because it appears we're in agreement then, that ALL gods are equally valid.
My only disappointment is that you didn't weigh in on my thread on the subject.

Oh, just like drugs and schizophrenia... And ya know, if I didn't look at anything beyond myself, I sure wouldn't be interested in anything being said here, so that pretty much shoots the heck out of that little remark, doesn't it?

Believers tend to see everything in the light of their beliefs.
We infidels are free of that burden.
