Vizio will not answer that, Pleroo. It would require too much thought and cognitive dissonance with his preferred beliefs since God can't die. Either that, or he will invoke some "mysterious" nonsense and call it an explanation.

I've managed to stay with one man for 19 years...no adultery. And never molested a child (nor ever had the desire). I stick with love, compassion, and not hurting others.

With adultery and child molestation, people are hurt (and crimes committed). In my same sex marriage, no crimes, no hurt. I know you don't see the difference though

God can create the universe in 6 days. Why couldn't he die? The Christian God can do anything! Or at least that's what I was taught.

It kinda self-conflicts with eternal (no beginning and no ending).

God went to the afterlife, so he was still alive while he was dead.

Isn't religion fun?

Actually, Jesus went after He was "born again" as Spirit, as we all will be. Death is a human affliction that is actually a birth.

Only because your perception is limited to the physical realm. The flesh dies but the spirit doesn't.

So why do we make such a medical effort to prevent death?

Probably a similar reason to why we do not seek to hasten it. It is an unknown frontier.

Unless you've had an NDE and know there is nothing to fear.
