He learned to duck n' dodge from his go-to-guru for all things godly, Matt "The Oil" Slick.

There are a lot of ways to lie. Apologists are experts.

Atheists just want to be left alone! Live in peace, work and raise their families without Christianity constantly trying to butt into their lives, right? If that is the case, why do we have this:

Isn't this loud big billboard doing the exact thing they are complaining about? It is a big whopping advertisement for secularism promoting the value of skipping church. The atheists knew full well that such a message on Christmas would offend a lot of people, but that is obviously the intent.

I love double-speak. It's funny!

Ever thought about running for office?

Quite a few apologists and theologians have been lawyers. John Calvin and John Warwick Montgomery come to mind. Not surprising.

It is kind of mental. Only people who believe in this god are going to heaven. But if you are born in certain places of the world, you have no exposure to this god. You have exposure to some other god who probably also has an exclusivity agreement on the afterlife. How sucky would god have to be to do that?

Do you attack doctors with the same anger because they tell a person they must take a certain medicine or die? I mean...so what if they need an antibiotic! They might want to take aspirin instead!

I know, right? It is mental. Sending folks to hell for never hearing of him would be kind of A-holeish. OTOH, sending someone who knows of you, but doesn't believe in you to hell is just as A-holeish. I live life very simply:

"Live a good life. If there are gods and they are just, then they will not care how devout you have been, but will welcome you based on the virtues you have lived by. If there are gods, but unjust, then you should not want to worship them. If there are no gods, then you will be gone, but will have lived a noble life that will live on in the memories of your loved ones."
-- Marcus Aurelius

This hits the nail on the head when it comes to my beliefs.

As to the OP, I find it hilarious that you are worried about these signs offending people, but are not worried at all about all of the Christian things that offend people. Hypocrisy!

Why would I attack a Dr. for saving someone's life? That would be stupid. If your God existed, he could simply choose to let everyone who isn't "evil" into heaven. Instead, anyone who doesn't kiss his feet and worship him gets to burn for eternity. Eternity for less than 100 years of unbelief. People like myself, who live just as good a life (or better) than most Christians will burn, while Christians who do all sorts of bad things can just say sorry and be let in.... Yea, exactly the same as a Dr. Viz. Exactly.

If my doctor told me that an invisible man would torture me with fire if I didn't drink the blood of a 2000 year old dead man, I would probably seek a second opinion.

You have a gift for misstating the Christian faith, Freak.
