Somehow I don't think a Nativity scene is violating anybody's rights except for the butt hurt people who get offended at every little thing.

Thank god times have changed.

"You Guys"? I'm a Christian and have a gay son who I love and accept. Don't make the assumption that all Christians are bigoted jerks like the people who go to Westboro Baptist Church. But like I said they are plenty of gay dating sites so why the need to go after Christian Mingle?

My guess would be that there are gay Christians that want to meet like minded gay Christians, and the site didn't offer that option. Pretty simple.

Is the nativity scene on public property? Then it is unconstitutional to be there. Is it on private property?

No problem.

Well, it does. So you can choose to get butt hurt about that, or you can choose to move on with your life.

If Christian Mingle is the largest Christian dating site as they claim, why would single gay Christians interested in dating other single gay Christians want to be excluded?

When will companies learn they CAN NOT discriminate against sexual orientation? Good to see that once more the courts understand the Constitution and laws.
Pretty vague article. How sure are you that this a factual and legitimate case.

Why would you say this? How can you judge this person? I am not a Christian myself, but believe the majority of Christians are kind, bright, peaceful people.

Are you making this claim because this particular person who says they are Christian are non-judgmental and open-hearted enough to accept their gay son?
