Depends what we mean here. A lot of religion and religious type thought is founded in the "god of the gaps" style rhetoric. And as science progresses the "gaps" are getting slowly smaller. So in THAT sense religion is very much being disproven.
But a lot of religious claims are entirely unsubstantiated and frames in terms that leave proving the negative impossible. The claim that a non-human intelligent and intentional agency exists outside our universe and is responsible for creating it is ENTIRELY unsubstantiated, but it is ENTIRELY outside our ability to prove the negative of at this time.

One can not disregard what is not there. No one, least of all you, has offered any "scientific evidence for a god" so there is nothing there TO disregard.
Try presenting some and you will find I do not simply disregard it, but I will engage with it robustly and honestly and openly.
