Interesting though that the argument so quickly becomes 'Who made everything, then?'
The only logical answer is design.

So, you invent an answer and pretend it's true.

It always amuses me when people who believe in talking snakes and donkeys use the word "logic."

Wrong! Not EACH gene has one specific task.

To make this claim shows how little you understand genetics.

You don't even realize that only about 1% of our DNA codes for proteins. Or that only about 8% of our genes are functional.

So a a big fat NO not each and every gene has a specific task.

You also don't know that a single gene can express more than just one specific protien.

Perhaps you need to educate yourself more before making false statements.

I would be willing to bet you don't even know what a gene is.

We already know how life formed on this planet...especially how we evolved into the creature that we are today.

It does not matter that science has not discovered what the source of the Universe is. What does matter is that science has provided us with all the deep knowledge that we do have about our Universe.

Find me one other source that even compares to all the knowledge and understanding we have about our Universe that has been provided by Science.

Seriously? You're not curious about the source of our existence? Mankind has always sought out it's creator.
