It's strange what people take for conformation of God. I know someone who thought Armageddon must be close because they noticed an increase in the bird population (needed to dispose of the carcasses of unbelievers after God destroyed them). In actuality a quick google search turned up a decreasing population.

LOL! What a way to live in 2017; spending their lives hiding from a legion of goblins, devils and 'evil spirits'...all of their own making.
I love how the Bible always requires interpretation, with no guarantee that any one interpretation is correct; because, with eternal conscious torment on the line, nothing says "for God so loved the world" like sending mankind a collection of books that require constant explanation from people who may or may not have any idea what they're talking about.
