The ramblings of channeled demons is hardly a necessary lesson on the path to eternal life. Peace

You can't see that a knowledge of Good and Evil is essential to making righteous choices because you believe we just need to MINDLESSLY follow rules. No need to discern good from evil when all you need to do is follow rules. How wrong you are!

You are so caught up in challenging what I post that you could not have read the link by the other poster I commented about and post this, SURELY. The link leads to the writings of a person "channeling", meaning they are POSSESSED by the spirit that is so called "channeling" through them, who then dictates to them what to write, and it is DEMONIC and He said not to do it, for what SHOULD BE obvious reasons to anyone with a brain. Do we really want to be possessed by demons to obtain spurious information (or for any other reason)? Hopefully, NO. If that's "mindlessly" following rules to you, you need more help than I thought. Peace

I think something came before disobedience. So, what really precipitated

And was it the act itself...or the doubting and questioning the Almighty Father first...

How do you feel when you find out someone you loved believed

Well, I say, our Heavenly Father felt the same as we would...esp, if you think of a innocent child's heart...which is what the Lord has.

It was never about simple disobedience once we know the back story -

Both Adam and first wife, Lilith were made from dirt but this made him mad because she was equal, so the god made a second wife, named Eve to be underneath Adam by using Adam's rib.

Then the god sent the first wife, Lilith out to the ocean but she came back as a snake to test the second wife about the tree.

What happened next is history but it is abundantly clear that evidently whiny Adam is also an irresponsible husband because: he hadn't told the second wife about the tree = strike#1, and he could've intervened but chose not to = strike #2; and then had a piece of fruit = strike #3.

Three Strikes = OUT

Moral: Don't believe everything you hear and betrayal won't happen so easily.

Seeing that Adam & Eve didn't know it was wrong to disobey God in the first place I would say they were framed.

The disobedience of choosing to accept alternative information began the sin.
Satan called God a liar.
Fact is Adam did die as a result of his sin.
A spiritual death is passed down through all his generations,
till there is a spiritual rebirth Jesus provides . and comunion with God via in the Holy Spirit Jesus provided.
A dead man spiritually cannot receive communion with God with out the Holy Spirit.
A few Men through the centuries have through their honest seeking God's will and influence been allowed this intervention. these were prophets God chose to reveal himself through to those whom would listen.
Jesus was the promise, and the Holy Spirit is the gift Jesus was to provide those the honestly love God. Their lives significantly richer than than of old world prophets.
Men that choose to side step Jesus and the Holy Spirit to teach people their own theology, are no different than satan saying God is a liar.
It has always been God's intention to be our sole source of information .
To be taught of God ,is the theme..

Fact is, Adam was not created immortal...

But yet they were still communing with G-d and having a relationship with G-d...Unless G-d didn't really talk to Cain...

See above...

But I thought Adam and Eve and their sons were spiritually dead, so how could they commune with G-d?...

G-d spoke directly to Abram....And He spoke to Moses...Was Abraham a prophet?...How about Moses?...

Could you provide proof of this from the Tanakh?...

As I asked above, where has Satan ever called G-d a liar?...

Incorrect for a few, but correct for most.
