If only the 'facts and teachings' of the Bible were reliable. And it is a remarkable piece of sauce to present a series of failed end of world predictions as "corrections in front of the whole world for this to become a bible truth". Not that Daniel is anything other than a prediction of successful revolt against the Greeks.

Is there anything you, or the usual suspects here would accept?

Yes.

Would you ignore any evidence that went against what you believe the Bible claims?

Hard to explain the Dover chalk cliffs, the Grand Canyon on unsorted Glacial till by a global flood. Hard to accept that all the animals were created at the same time when we have the fossil Re ord.

And hard to 8gnore that you don't believe any other religion's Holy Books.

Yes, god coming out and making his presence clear to every human being. He's all powerful...isn't he?

"The Word of God can take care of itself, and will do so if we preach it, and cease defending it. See you that lion. They have caged him for his preservation; shut him up behind iron bars to secure him from his foes! See how a band of armed men have gathered together to protect the lion. What a clatter they make with their swords and spears! These mighty men are intent upon defending a lion. O fools, and slow of heart! Open that door! Let the lord of the forest come forth free. Who will dare to encounter him? What does he want with your guardian care? Let the pure gospel go forth in all its lion-like majesty, and it will soon clear its own way and ease itself of its adversaries."

– Charles Spurgeon

Mighty words. But I have never noticed any inclination to cage the Christian beast. But we know how to deal with it. Spurgeon could never have imagined how purple prose would fail to cope with clear and simple reason and evidence.

That would require that God be separate from everything so He can be noticed as a separate entity. That is difficult to do when you ARE everything.

The presence of God IS clear to every human being...well, unless they are in a coma or somehow incapacitated so they are not able.
God is All Present...unequivocally and irrefutably.
Some (most) just aren't hip to what they are actually observing.

What a foolish thing to say. Whole subcontinents don't see it or hear it or feel it.

Not difficult at all. Not unless you are just unthinking nature, in which case you aren't God at all. But if God is intelligent and can talk in people's head and give experiences, he's tell them the same things and ensure everyone got the experiences and we'd all be clear an in agreement.

What we actually get is a world full of people who get all their own ideas, and it takes a religion to try to keep the different ideas herded.
