What if some events, people or even biblical kings were proven to be false?
Evangelicals use science (when it supports their interpretation) but will they embrace science when it has contradictory and even solid evidence that some events never happened.
Such may be the case with King Solomon...
"The biblical ruler is said to have accumulated 500 tons of pure gold from the mines, but experts now say the pot of wealth is unlikely to have ever existed.
Historians claim the Old Testament King’s story has been misinterpreted and King Solomon was in fact an Egyptian Pharaoh. "

What do you mean 'What if...'?? They already have been - but to answer the question; Christians would still reject the proof in favour of 'faith' just like they do now. Nothing would change.

You're pretty upset about that, aren't you?
To answer the OP? Provide some real proof and we'll talk. We've seen the so-called "experts" make absurd claims for years. This is just more of the same.
Let's be fair. Some - perhaps quite a lot - would accept weight of evidence if they were so unable to deny it that they could not tell themselves their belief was credible if they asserted belief in something too debunked. They would give up some ground to hold the credibility line.
Some just give up Genesis and hold to Jesus. Some hold to Jesus but give up the mobile star and a few other miracles or explain them away as metaphor. Some scrap the lot and just go with the good teachings, like Jefferson.
Some even scrap the Bible and become agnostic/irreligious theists. And I'm fine with that. The more of the literalism they give up, the better I like it,. and once they become irreligious theists or even irreligious Christians (yep there is such a critter - religious evolution leaves no flat stone unturned) they definitely get a season ticket to the militant atheist camp, mess hall, unisex toilets and massage parlour.

Would you accept a video made by God? Perhaps a letter?
We have seen so called christian / religious experts make absurd claims for centuries and we have seen MANY follow that narrow road to perdition..
In reality there is no real proof any evangelical will accept other than being told by some modern Pharisee that such and such is mistaken and even then the evangelical would deny the words and proclaim their on time revered leader a heretic and continue on withe their misguided beliefs.
The problem is the foundation on which a faith is built. If it is on the Bible, it is sand, if it is on the Spirit and the Way taught by Jesus it can work.

Your term "what if" indicates speculation. Historians claim? All? Some? A few? Those with an agenda? You need to provide links and quotes, preferably from unbiased sites. Remember, just because it is on the internet doesn't mean it's true.
I am all ears or in this medium, eyes!
