Some people believe in more than one God, just as strongly as you believe in only one. if you think they are wrong and you are right, then you are being close-minded.
It is certainly possible that God has encouraged and allowed multiple religions just to see what humanity will do with them, as an exercise of divine creativity. Since what humanity has done with them is so horrendously awful, I find this an unlikely possibility.
As a Christian, I believe that Christianity is essentially true. I have concluded that it provides the best explanation of our reality. But I do not believe that God has simply abandoned all other religions. I believe that the Holy Spirit can work anywhere and through anyone to accomplish God's purposes.
Christianity is unique. It is the only religion that is predicated on humans being fallen creatures who are incapable of bridging the gulf between themselves and God through their own efforts. As the saying goes, Christianity is God reaching down to humans while all other religions are humans attempting to reach up to God. I believe this is the central truth of Christianity that distinguishes it from all other religions.
So, no, I don't believe that God can be the God of all religions if by this you mean that all religions are viable paths to God. I believe Christianity is the path, even if my current understanding ultimately proves to be only 50% correct. But I do believe God can and does work through other religions to accomplish his purposes.
There is no God of religion.
Religion ponders God,
Not the other way round.
Unless your religion is atheism,
in which case its his royal majesty
the ego .
