Only by someone who hasn't done their research like you. I got a task for you.
Find as many atheists as you can and ask them if they believe in mind reading or ESP. The results may shock you.

If anything this proves that Hitler was either using Christianity for power or that he was totally delusional (or both!)

Just review your own post and the context it was written, then read over my post again...I think you'll figure it out.

So, you're essentially saying that he's an atheist because he committed those crimes? Get real. He believed in the Christian god. He was NOT an atheist.
Allow me to give you two more quotes.
In a Reichstag speech in 1938: "I believe today that I am acting in the sense of the Almighty Creator. By warding off the Jews, I am fighting for the Lord's work."
Speaking to Gerhard Engel in 1941: "I am now as before a Catholic and will always remain so."

This is not a good reason to have the level of certainty that most atheists have in their belief. From your perspective, I would think the most reasonable conclusion to reach would be atheism with a heavy dose of agnosticism--not the level of belief that stalks around forums telling believers they are unreasonable.

I think you are having a hard time finding a place to put most of us in your box. Most non believers, agnostic, atheists, or what ever you want to call us are not going to fit well where you want us anyway. (I think we all know where that is. LOL). To my joy it seems we are finally finding our own place and voice (praise the internet and this forum) for the first time.

Now you're just not even reading my posts...when did I say he was an atheist because he committed such crimes? I said his view of Christianity was so perverse and bizarre (and given his quotation about lamenting Europe was Christian), that either he didn't really believe in Christianity or what he believed was so radically different from Christian thought, that it can't even be called Christianity.

Why would all of you need your own place and a united voice if you all consider yourselves to be individuals and not a group?

My fault for misinterpretation.
Doesn't matter anyway. His reply backed up my assumptions. It's easy to predict it when someone will bring up that argument.

Well I was basing my generalization largely on people of this forum. I would be delighted for you to correct me if I've suggested something wrong about you.
