You anti-religion bias is so screwed up it clouds your judgement. You stuff is so riddled with anti-theism propaganda inconsistency that i 1/2 think your paid to spew the nonsense myself.
Old Eusebius used to do the reverse accusation, too. It is basically denial, and that is very common. The people who do it think they are getting a win. But I think the browsers and lurkers can see clearly who has the best case.

Bias aside, the main point was about who is liable for the money in legal cases, and you at least didn't try to deny that. Or perhaps you did with a blanket dismissal of my entire post with an idiot accusation of Bias. Well up to your usual standard.

Oh, and don't lie. We have all seen you rant and rave about Liberal stuff (which you call socialism or worse). And I have seen in the past that is why you hate 'New' atheists - because you see us as 'liberals'. Which at least might have a point.

Didn't the governor or some other state body ultimately say she could keep her job AND not process the applications? If I remember correctly he gave her some kind of relief. If that is the case, then maybe the state should be forced to pick up the tab. Next time the gov won't be so willing to skirt the law.

Edit:

After a little search... it was the federal judge that released her from jail and made allowances for her not to issue licenses. I still don't get how that was suppose to work and settle the problem, but apparently it was NOT the Commonwealth's doing.

yeah i get trans. just flip what people say and hope some sticks. My blanket dismal of your post was due to the fact that is was nonsense.

Your post here is complete nonsense again. If I am not basing every choice I make on "anti-theist" I am not part of your gang. I get it. and that means I am less bias too.

You are not a liberal, you are anti-religious socialist. . You base your choices/conclusions on a statement of belief about god. your ideology is dangerous. i am just a liberal.

Blanket denial which I hardly need to underline, but I will point up his extremist anti - socialist mindset (it is hardly a consistent view) which (like the young marxists that I battled in my thirties and so was depicted as a right wing fascist (1) Arach puts there own extremist position as the Right Place and everyone who is different is some kind of extremist.

Yep. After being jailed a couple of times, she got offered a good deal - so long as she didn't try to block SS marriage applications, she didn't actually have to do it herself.

(1) they ignored that I was fighting for gay rights at the time - which could lose you a job and put you in jail.

That was the offer she refused before going to jail. Because the judge offered her a compromise that she refused and was willing to be jailed is the reason that I think she has no right for the taxpayers to fund her stance. Not because she is religious but because she used the opportunity to make her religious stance at the cost of not only refusing same sex couples marriage licence but because she also used her religion to not allow the clerks serving under her to not be allowed their religious freedoms. That's the part that anti SSM folks ignored, she used her religious views to n9t issue licenses but that her clerks had to abide by her religious views not their own.

It looks like her defense costs would clearly violate their Terms Of Service. They have closed down campaigns that violated this provision.
She wouldnt have to use GoFundMe though, she could have a lawyer set something similar up, and link it to her bank, Plenty of people know who she is, and what she did, I imagine she has LOTS of supporters out there, who would donate money to her. Its not saying much, but Westboro Baptist probably idolizes her!!

First rule of law for a Christian is that he has to obey the laws of the land because the swordbearer does not carry the sword in vain, those who reject the laws of the land should fear.

Gosh, wouldn't that be kind of like socialism if she wants the taxpayer to pay her legal fees?
