I was reading about this earlier today, it is absolutely crazy to learn this guy predicted these things in the 5th century...about the times we are living in right now!!

At that time, the morals and traditions of Christians and of the Church will change. People will abandon modesty, and dissipation will reign. Falsehood and greed will attain great proportions, and woe to those who pile up treasures. Lust, adultery, homosexuality, secret deeds and murder will rule in society.

The Churches of God will be deprived of God-fearing and pious pastors, and woe to the Christians remaining in the world at that time; they will completely lose their faith because they will lack the opportunity of seeing the light of knowledge from anyone at all. Then they will separate themselves out of the world in holy refuges in search of lightening their spiritual sufferings, but everywhere they will meet obstacles and constraints. And all this will result from the fact that the Antichrist wants to be Lord over everything and become the ruler of the whole universe, and he will produce miracles and fantastic signs.

Don't be so naive and easily fooled by the lofty sheep who call themselves meek and have pretended to forget that they are ravenous wolfs desperate for attention to be petted or at the very least kicked.
The world was criticized for these "predicted" things every year that has been written about. Even if you look at the 1700s, the men dressed and looked like women and applied makeup. Even if you look at the 1500s there were women who liked to cut their hair, especially as they got older. Even if you look at the 500s, the Christians claimed that the pagans had orgies, while they were found to have done them themselves in the 700s.
Even in the 1600s, the Christians believed that as Yahweh in their Bibliolatry killed fetuses and pregnant women with no remorse through his "beloved" followers, so then a baby only received it's soul at it's first "BREATH" of God. Then when the Christian Physicians studied dead and (cruely) living bodies they decided it was at it's quickening. Then when the Enlightenment Physicians (who were mostly still Christians) found that cells exist and we are them, they decided that God cared about conception although in their stories God orders the burning murder or pregnant women and does not count babies less then 1 year old (high infant mortality thanks to Yahweh not being a good teacher) in his census of people.
Little do they even think that human chimeras and identical twins exist and would thus ruin their immaterial soul-counting make-beliefs.
Lust, christianity, fragile heterosexuality, secret deeds and murder have ruled in societies for long stretches of time.

The Prophecy of St. Nilus is an apocryphal work of uncertain origin (thus often referred to as the Prophecy of Pseudo-Nilus) predicting the apocalypse to occur in the 19th or 20th century (depending on the version of the text). The creation of this work is very dubious[10] whose date of creation is unverified.[11] With the advent of the Internet, the work has taken on the status of urban legend. One source has cited the Bibliotheca Sanctorum, volume IX, page 1008 as a possible origin of the text.[12][13]
These prophecies likely originated from the Russian Orthodox St. Nilus, called Nilus of Sora, but has been wrongly attributed to Nilus of Sinai. Between the years 1813 and 1819, a certain monk named Theophanes, also known as the “Prisoner”, was troubled by a demon due to his many sins, and he also suffered from a hernia. In despair over his condition he planned to leave the Holy Mountain until one day St. Nilus appeared to him. St. Nilus showed him an abandoned hut and instructed him to settle there, promising to provide for his needs. Theophanes obeyed, although at first he did not know it was St. Nilus - only later did the Saint reveal himself.
St. Nilus appeared to him several times, healed him, and taught him about spiritual warfare. Cleansed of his passions and sins through proper ascetic struggle, St. Nilus ordered him to take the Great Schema and bear the name Ekhmalotos (Prisoner) as a sign that now he was a captive of St. Nilus for healing him of demonic possession and vice.
St. Nilus told Monk Ekhmalotos he wanted a path made to his cave so that monks could go there to pray. He also wanted the Liturgy to be served in the cave church he himself had built.
When the Fathers heard this, they wished to build a new church in honor of St. Nilus. As they were digging the foundation, they found the saint’s grave. From his relics an ineffable fragrance came forth. This took place on May 7, 1815. Then the monks informed the Fathers of the Great Lavra of their discovery. They came and transferred the relics to the Lavra, leaving only a portion of the saint’s jaw at the cave to be venerated by those who came there.
At the request of certain monks from Kafsokalyvia, Monk Ekhmalotos wrote down the appearances of the Saint, and later St. Nilus told him to write down his words in full. Because he was barely literate he dictated the story and prophecies to a Hieromonk Gerasimos from Constantinople, who recorded it word for word.
The entire chronicle of St. Nilus’ teachings and prophecies to the Monk Theophanes between the years 1813 to 1819 fill a six-hundred page book, available in Greek and Russian. A monk by the name of Iakovos from Iveron Monastery copied this entire text and published it in 1906. It includes prophecies of the invasion of the Holy Mountain during the Greek Revolution, the 1821 Revolution itself, the end of monasticism on the Holy Mountain, and the struggles of the monks of the last times.
So this is the likely source of the prophecies of St. Nilus.[14]

...and yet here we are in the 21st century and I and I suspect most people, can still tell the difference between men and women.

The finger prints system at borders, criminal investigation cells and immigration centres prove the fulfilment of this Quranic prophecy.

One of the interpretations of the above verse of the Holy Quran is the environmental pollution, caused by human being. And that is spread both in land and sea due to our own inventions, i.e., fumes from chimneys of factories, chemical and nuclear waste, huge traffic in the cities, noise and creation of ozone hole are manifest testimonies of the fulfilment of this prophecy.
Genetic Engineering “They will alter Allah’s creation.” (4:120)
The holy Quran has prophesied the plastic surgery, genetic engineering and cloning in this short and concise sentence.
Zoos “And when the wild beasts are gathered together.” (81:6
Nobody could ever imagine that one day wild beasts shall be captured, tamed and put together in closed and open parks. The establishment of zoo have fulfilled this prophecy.

Yes, It's a neat trick, to take Something written that looks uncannily like something that happened later and claim that it is a prediction. As Raffs says, the Quran does that just as well as the Bible or indeed Nostradamus.

Except they did not date from the alleged birth of Jesus when Nilus lived? That began in the 6th century AD, not the 5th.

It depends on how you look it...looking at someone like Bruce Jenner today, its not so easy to determine man or woman.
Regarding the miracles and fantastic signs...to a person living in the 5th century, seeing an airplane or helicopter, submarine, etc would be pretty fantastic.
