What's the Jewish and Christian belief on this?

In the Islamic Heaven, no there is no more worship of God in heaven.

Once you are in - there is no more obligation of worshiping. You have done your part in this life, and that's enough.

I believe, that's basically all that is done in Christian heaven, until "the new Earth" is created and they get new bodies to live in.

You could have just Googled it... yet here's an opinion:

“What are we going to do in heaven?” Some people say that in eternity we will do nothing except worship God forever. While worship will be a primary activity in heaven, it will not be our only activity. The Bible says in heaven we will not only worship but we will also work. Worship and work are not mutually exclusive. A perfect illustration of that is in the Garden of Eden. Adam and Eve, before the Fall, had perfect fellowship with God. But did they just sing hymns and pray all day long? No. Genesis 2:15 says God gave them a job: to cultivate the garden and to keep it. They worked and worshipped at the same time. And the same thing will be true for us in heaven. We will do more than sing hymns and pray all day. God has responsibilities for us. In Matthew 25, Jesus told the parable of the talents, which teaches us that based on our faithfulness in this life, we will receive responsibilities in the next life. Some will rule over planets, some will rule over stars, and some will rule over galaxies. Paul said one day we will judge angels (1 Corinthians 6:3). God will give us responsibilities to carry out in eternity, and we will find fulfillment in doing that.

The inside scoop on this worship thing on the Other Side is...those that like to do that and
do not want to break the habit still do it in big churches.
Why not, if they are comfortable with that.
That's the deal 'over there' ...what you are comfortable with is what you manifest...you like sailing?
That's what you do....you like animals you can have as many as you'd like...you like jazz ? You're
surrounded by fellows musicians...and so forth.
I've read so many books from the Other Side, folks sending messages, I can't remember where a couple people said that 'from over there'.
Of course, no one has to believe them....they're probably a buncha liars!!

If a person or path kicks the Divine to the curb (which is what the post above sounds like), then it is not a path to the Divine.

Once one enters into heaven, the path to Divine has already been travelled and one has now reached his/her destination - there is no more “path” left to travel on. Did u notice?

And hence, there shouldn’t be anymore worship obligation.

When someone is greedy to please themself, then they kick God to the curb. Whether in this world or the next. That is what is being described. Once the person has heaven they dispose of God.

That approach is utterly self centered. That is why it is fraudulent and not a path to the Divine. Your goal seems to be get to heaven then dump God. A very different goal then get to heaven to spend time with God.

You consider God an "obligation" (heavy drudgery---ditch the dude as soon as you get what you want). Very different from considering God a "joy" (delightful pleasing--- seek to be together at every moment possible)

May be that’s your concept of heaven, however, if God himself tells you that you have done your part and you have done enough - and now you are NOT obliged to worship anymore. It’s now my turn to reward you for your efforts - then THAT sounds more like a heaven.

What kinda heaven would that be where you are still obliged to worship (and to top it off, there is no sex either)?

I mean, what if u don’t worship in heaven? Will your God kick you out of heaven? Do you have a religious reference of this scenario from Torah or Talmud?

As I said the focus you describe is on
gimme gimme gimme
reward reward reward

That is not a relationship.
It is simply......greed.

It's like marrying someone for their money and saying now you got what you wanted you have no intention of spending time with the person you married.

That person cares only about themself but not about the other being in the relationship.

Believe it or not people spend time together because they take joy in each other's company. There is kindness and love and they simply adore being with each other. It is not an "obligation" but a sweet delight.

Same with God, same with being in relationship with God. Not a "have to" but a "want to"
