Or, as the late former-Pentecostal-minister-turned-comedian Sam Kineson said, "Stop sending them food. Send them U-hauls so THEY CAN GO LIVE WHERE THE FOOOOOOOD IZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!!!"

Can't post the YouTube. Too many f-bombs.

Like I already stated - He intends for man to share- provides plenty of examples in the Bible & current world.

You can take up objections to His plan directly with Him yourself when your time comes.
So then we should pray for people everywhere to "soften" their hearts and give to the hungry? Are you willing to do this? May I consider you the first believer in this thread willing to pray for the hungry?

Well, I was in church last Sunday, so I did, along with my church community during the "prayers of the people" part of the service, which is part of every Episcopal service. There are several forms to the prayers of the people, but they all include such prayers, as well as those for the "right use of creation and its riches" or some version of that.

Of course, it is understood that we aren't looking for a magical response, but rather the awareness that we are to do something about these problems.

I find we can look to Jesus as an example or model to follow.
Jesus did Not feed everyone back then, nor set up soup kitchens.
Rather, Jesus gave us the illustration about the neighborly good Samaritan.
We are broaden out, or widen out, in showing practical love on a one-on-one basis to someone in their time of distress.
The work Jesus gave us to do was Not a global feeding work but a global or international preaching work.
The top priority for Jesus is found at Luke 4:43 about telling others about God's kingdom of Daniel 2:44.
If everyone on Earth applied the principle of the Golden Rule there would be No hunger.
Since that is Not going to happen is why we are all to follow Jesus directive as found at Matthew 24:14; Acts 1:8.
For it is through God's kingdom government that there will be ' healing ' for earth's nations as per Revelation 22:2.
Jesus will come to the rescue according to Psalm 72:8, 12-14.
This is why we are all invited to pray the invitation of Rev. 22:20 for Jesus to come !
Come and bring the blessings and benefits of Heaven to be right here on Earth - 1st Cor. 15:24-26; Isaiah 25:8.

It also persists because weather conditions prevent food being grow...which your god could do easily do something about by giving rain to areas that rarely get it. But if we go with your argument. Why would your god create and allow (omniscience) a situation where the few can hold all the food whilst so many starve?
