There is no actual hell. Living on earth at this time is purgatory. Also for people that are what we would consider a bad person, they will go to a level of the spirit world which is both dark and cold. Now you know.
Splendid. How do You know by the way? N.b don't say it popped into your head, so God Obviously must have put it there.

You are correct, there is no literal hell. Life or death God set before all-Deuteronomy 30:19- both will be everlasting.

I find there is going to be ( future tense ) a resurrection of both the righteous and unrighteous.... - Acts 24:15
As for the wicked the wicked will be destroyed forever - Psalm 92:7 - perish forever - 2nd Peter 3:9
Destroyed (Not as in dark and cold) but destroyed as in becoming extinct forever, perish forever.
The religious-myth hell taught by Christendom ( so-called Christian ) is from pagan thought.
Especially when un-faithful Jews mixed with the Greeks they adopted that non-biblical hell-fire belief.
As time passed that influence then influenced the King James Bible to translate the word Gehenna as hell fire.
Gehenna was just a garbage pit outside of Jerusalem where things were destroyed forever, Not burning forever.
As for' biblical hell' this is just mankind's temporary stone-cold grave for the sleeping dead.
This is why Scripture teaches sleep in death - John 11:11-14; Psalms 115:17; Isaiah 38:18; Ecclesiastes 9:5.

I'm inclined to agree that this is what the bible is actually saying -a last days resurrection and eternal life on earth or extinction. This is why we have this odd dual idea that the deal will resurrect at some later date and that they go either to heaven or hell immediately after death. If you don't see immediate judgement and eternal hell as Biblical it's no wonder that so many seem to be rejecting hellthreat.
No hell for JWs. Just annihilation for those deemed unworthy.
The superspecialreallygood JWs get a front row seat in heaven. But alas, it's limited to 144,000 and those seats were spoken for decades ago.
However, all is not lost!
The fairlysortaprettygood JWs get a seat at the back. With obstructed views. Pillars and whatnot.
But it beats the heck out of annihilation!
Which, sadly - is the fate of the rest of us - according to those 7 old dudes in New York.
Annihilation is not such a terrible thing, there are quite a few Christian groups that share that belief and theology.
It sure beats the hell out of hell, excuse the pun.
The Pope himself stated earlier in the year that Hell does not exist, much to the horror of hardcore Evangelicals (who declared it Demonic, and call him the Antichrist), but let's just hope he is right.

The majority of true followers remain on earth.(Prov 2:21-22, Matt 22:24) -- so you should probably know what you are speaking about before you speak about it. Yes the 7 old dudes are correct. It is what the bible teaches. Blind guides teach something different.

Those 7 old men are evil.
Or, in JW-speak, Satan's pawns.
