Why can't christian organizations do their fund raising and charity operations out of churches?
Seems like a no-brainer to me.

I don't care where they do them. Get the permits, raise the money, and help people.

I think atheists would have a problem with a religious organization being involved with the schools.

They have stopped the distribution of Christmas gifts for children, due the gift boxes being associated with a Christian organization.

They're busybodies. They have nothing better to do than try to take joy from people's lives.

The organization's only interest in schools is to spread their religious message. They don't really care about giving gifts to children.

Right. And I assume you would have a problem with an atheist organization being involved with schools.

Poor Oswald. All his joy is gone because of a news story where christian privilege didn't reign.

And by the way...I notice you still didn't answer the questions I posed earlier.

No, it's really just sad. Dan Barker began as a Christian minister. A true one, I believe he must have been. And he was devoted to serving people and bringing joy to the world.

Then all this happened.

I remember seeing him the first time on TV in the late 1980's on various talk shows talking about his deconversion and his newfound atheism. He looked so angry. Like all the joy was gone. He still carries that angry expression to some degree.

You know you lost this one when you pick a deconvert and start making remarks about how he looks.
