I believe everything that happens is either sent by God, or allowed by God. Nothing happens that He did not know was going to happen, He is in control. I really don't think is much mystery there, the answers are in His Word.
So nuking civilian targets is just like God destroying Sodom & Gomorrah?
Do you truly believe that we humans are unbiased enough to decide which countries should be nuked and that God would stop us if we were wrong?
Who's He supposed to show Himself TO? People who don't believe in Him? Why bother? They wouldn't believe what they saw anyway? People who DO believe in Him? Again, why bother? They already believe.
Keep laughing. The jokes is on you, because god does not exist, therefore he cannot show hismself.
Well what if you're wrong? What if there really is a God and heaven and hell are real and what if everyone will spend eternity in either one of those two places? Look at it this way, if I'm wrong I will have lost nothing. I have lived a happy and full life. If I were to die tomorrow, I will just be dead and that will be the end of it. But if you're wrong....well you'll have eternity to think about how things could have been different.

I didn't say anything about nuking anyone. I believe in every test, every trial whatever it may be, God is still in control. He is in everything. What He brings me to, He will bring we through.
True, but if you just consider a nuclear missile as just another weapon it becomes a test if you are willing to use them in war, right? Like during WWII.
Do you truly believe that it was God's intention to allow us to come into the possession of the knowledge of how to build nuclear WMD which can destroy this Earth a 100x over?

Well I think this is getting a little off topic (like that's unusual ) But to answer your question, yes.

What if the moon is made of cheese?
What if...
"What if" doesn't prove anything.
For me to live a full life is to use my brain without restrictions, without worrying about being punished for "thinking the wrong thing".
The "what ifs" don't bother me at all, because god does not exist in reality, only in your head. Anything which does not exist cannot be expected to be seen.
