Hello all my boyfriend is a Jehovah witness and i am a christian. Our issue is that we can never have a discussion about religion because he seems to think that I am "close minded", when in fact I have always been willing to listen, except, indulge, and even try to involve and understand his religious beliefs as far as his witness believe's are concerned. Where as for him on him he never is willing to see the ways of the world or even think about excepting my cchristian beliefs. And so when he fills as if i am not excepting wat he says is the way or the true facts of our religious mindset. He walks out in a very hostile way of the conversation. And never hears my views or tells me my views are wrong. When in fact he never stops to see or here it from my view on our different belief's. So then he decides to preceed telling me i am close minded which i feel he is the closed minded one so give me some feed back on wat to do

Whoever in the argument is unwilling to engage and listen is the close-minded one. The one wanting to demand proof is the open-minded one.
And of course there is always the Red Herring and Straw man.
Open minded people are those who agree with me.
The closed minded are those who disagree with my world view.
