attend a bible believing church that gives the final authority to the scriptures in teh Bible, not to mans interpretation of them
All scripture is interpreted by someone. The way you hear, read, and receive it is based on your own interpretation or your acceptance of someone else's interpretation.

Not according to the Bible.
"Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation." (2 Peter 1:20)
Ok, fine. So how about this part where the word "homosexuality" is not mentioned:
"Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones. In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion."
Romans 1:26-27
Are the relations that 'men abandoned with women for lust for other men' not the sin we now call homosexuality? Is it not wrong in The BIble?
Nay. My interpretation is adultry, premarital sex, and rape. 'Their women' It is common to give women away at weddings at the time to a man. Their women inflamed with lust for one another. Sounds like adultry to me.
Indecent acts with other men. Adultry and pre marital sex seem indecent enough to me to fit the description.
Am I twisted? Or is it the church's interpretations?
