In parts of the Old Testament one book will reference another book that is not in or out of the Bible. I think there is one book called "The wars of the Lord."

Why do you think God is his providence did not allow them to be included?

God had nothing to do with it. Men decided what the bible should include. Google "council of Nicea".

I know SuSu. Was just using the alleged premise of "God said/did..." used by believers.

There are also a couple of references to a "Book of Jasher," evidently well known to some ancient scribes, but completely lost to history today.
