Another contradiction for you all to ponder is just the logisitics of the christian faith not working out.
John 3:16 "For god so loved the world that who ever beleives in him, would not parish, but have ever lasting life."
Great. Jesus came for everyone to get to heaven.
But wait...
How would the american Indians, rainforest tribes of South America, African tribes, the Aboriginals of Austrailia, and pretty much everyone on the planet outside of the middle east have heard of the gospel? It sounds like god basically doomed most of the planet to hell just on where they lived. These people didn't accept Christ because they had no idea who he was so naturally they are in hell.
And here's the argument I've heard from Christians.
If you hadn't heard of Jesus before that you would get to heaven based on your actions. Really? So if you've never heard of Jesus and are a good person you get a loophole into heaven? Sweet.
It sounds like telling people about Jesus is the worst thing you can do. You're sending them to hell. Shame on you christians.

haha. Not all Christians believe in the absolutes of Fundamental Christianity. There is a duty that Christians have, to help others learn about Christ. But those who have not yet had the opportunity to learn, will indeed be given that opportunity before they are judged worthy of destruction. Once all mankind has come to the knowledge of Christ, they will judged individually.

Not really a contradiction though, is it?
It's absolutely a contradiction.
It says in the bible (I can't remember the direct quote) that "no one come unto the father" unless Jesus is in them.
This brings me back to my first point. If god is unchanging why does he change the standards on how to get into heaven? First animal sacrifices were ok and then he sent his sun Jesus to die for everyone, but if you've never heard of him then you can get in?
It says expressly in the bible that the road is narrow and there is only 1 way into heaven but I just listed 3 biblical ways to get to heaven?

The bible contradicts itself yet again.
It says that 'no one comes to the father accept THRU me'. This is talking about our prayers.
God's standards have never changed. Can you list the three biblical ways the bible states you can be saved? (I don't see that you listed them,a ctually).
I understand it well. And you're claiming that evolution did not involve a 'beginning' of any kind? And if it did, then the first human 'creatures' had to inbreed. Yep.
You have just proven that you lack understanding with this statement.
Natural selection is the process by which favorable heritable traits become more common in successive generations of a population of reproducing organisms, and unfavorable heritable traits become less common, due to differential reproduction of genotypes. Natural selection acts on the phenotype, or the observable characteristics of an organism, such that individuals with favorable phenotypes are more likely to survive and reproduce than those with less favorable phenotypes. The phenotype's genetic basis, the genotype associated with the favorable phenotype, will increase in frequency over the following generations. Over time, this process may result in adaptations that specialize organisms for particular ecological niches and may eventually result in the emergence of new species. In other words, natural selection is the mechanism by which evolution may take place within a given population of organisms.

So if you pray you get to heaven? It says in the bible that you have to accept Jesus to get in heaven.
3 ways to get to heaven?
1. In the OT you had to do animal sacrifices and have a priest go to god for you.
2. Jesus.
3. This one you just said in your previous post that if you never heard of Jesus you will be judged by god based on your actions.
Which brings up another contradiction. It also says it's your faith and not works (actions) that will get you into heaven.
You have just proven that you lack understanding with this statement.

There is no way that incest was necessary for early man, as like all creatures humans evolved over a very long period of time.
Hi sanspeur,
Really ? There is a theory about the Toba caldera in New Zealand being an ancient super volcano to explain the genetic bottleneck that seems to appear in humans. In other words "incest".
NationMaster - Encyclopedia: Population bottleneck (http://www.nationmaster.com/encyclopedia/Population-bottleneck - broken link).
So in other words people are trying to explain something they see in Human DNA that you say is not the case.
