Jesus was not the son of a human man (according to both the Bible and the Qur'an). However, we find him constantly saying "I am the son of man." Why?. It was because in the language of the Jews, that is how you say "I am a human being."

Oh and you are Jewish so you would know the language of the Jews? LOL, you can't even discern/defend your own various translations of the Quran in other posts and you want to talk to us about our Bible and the Hebrew language. That is so funny. Our Bible is plain spoken and we don't have to decide if the scriptures are weak or strong. They are what they are. You on the other hand, when you are backed into a corner say...."that's a weak haddith or that translation is flawed." Give me a break.

Don't try to explain it to them. It is not for them to know.

"god the son"
I have read the Bible many times.
This phrase: 'god the son' is no where to be found in the Bible.
It is a man made title.

Well that's Kool. Then why don't you open up another thread and explain to us how the philosophy of Dr Seuss is going to change the world for the better, socially, financially, spiritually, and how will it result in peace and security for our world as well as eco-friendly solutions for our planet. Many of us have been waiting for these superior testimonials and recommendations from all these higher critics such as yourself, but thus far they have eluded this very forum.

Well, again, that's Kool average guy, then why don't you also open up another thread and explain your views on what is THE better solution for saving this planet and mankind in general ??? I've watched and listened to all the Higher Critics in this forum tear down and destroy others beliefs, but as yet, not one has anything to offer us, than eat, drink and be merry, for tomorrow we die.
I have to tell you, this planet ecologically is going down fast. It is almost certainly directly related to mankinds misuse of it's resources because of a huge lack in morals for accomplishing anything possitive. Don't get me wrong, I'm right there with you and think that much of religion has failed in promoting these things. We have historical evidence on that to back up such data on it's failure. But what are the outsider suggestions as to how this will get accomplished , if the Bible is a total failure. Surely you and other outside Higher Critics have THE answers for all of us to follow. Please open a thread and share them.

Shedding of blood? God likes violence and blood? He must love wars and murder then.
