Let's play nice and not turn this into a Christian vs Non-Christian debate. Please? I just thought that this was a neat little stat/fact. Notice all of the top states are in the south, i.e Bible belt.

Nice... I just wish religion meant more to the people who say it is important. Not just by regularly attending worship services, but every day and all day living by what they claim to believe.

Interesting. Texas barely cracks the top 10, and we're always accused of being hyper-religious.

I see Tennessee came in at number 4. I guess we need a few more people like me to move here.
It is interesting how the south is so much more religious than the rest of the nation. I guess it's just a cultural thing. I've lived here a year now and I do notice it although Nashville and most of the bigger cities have alot of people who've moved from other states like myself. The smaller communities are where you really see the difference. On one Sunday I happened to be in a smaller town on a Sunday (Clarksville) and it was a ghost town until church services ended.
