Why is it that this powerful God that created the earth and said that it is good? and who says that he will destroy those that are destroy the earth, take it upon himself to destroy the earth? Look at the so-called flood, look at Armegeddon. In Revelation he is busy destroying this earth when he said that he would detroy those that are destroying it? Can't he live by his own words? If he loves the earth why not just destroy those his "hates" and he does hate, not the sin but the sinner:

"These six things doth the Lord hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him: A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren." (Proverbs 6:16-19)

If he really loves this earth why is he allowing us to destroy it?

On the other hand, why does he allow those that are evil to breathe the air he created?

God will sort it out in the end.

This is a classic case of not accepting the responsibility for our actions. The followers of religions pass the buck to one myth or another; waiting for their fake god to swoop down and save the planet. You need to get real and recognize the damage being done is our fought and our responsibility to clean up. If we fail to recognize this we will just disappear into history.

God is guilty for all; all are guilty for that Done by the guilty worldly.

Hey, but then again Guilt is only a word.

Besides, John Kenneth Galbraith felt to elliminate the stock market; the source of all delusion of the particular guilts for nothing to do with humanity.

God didn't destroy the Earth during the global flood. He cleansed it of man (who were described as polluting the earth with bloodshed). God also doesn't "destroy the earth" at Armageddon. If you look at the description of Armageddon in Revelation, it's a war against "the kings of the earth" and those who follow them, after which the birds of the heavens feast on their flesh! So, once again, Armageddon is a cleansing of the earth from those who pollute it with bloodshed, deceit and greed.

God's purpose for this planet was to have it be a paradise. The first human couple spoiled that for a time, and the earth and its inhabitants came under the judicial curse of entropy, which is what we're still under. But that's to be undone by God at Armageddon, where the wicked (defined as those who refuse to reverence life) are destroyed, and man, beast and earth are given eternal life and happiness, so that forever afterward none will "do harm" again in all of his sanctified realm.

I think that before God gets around to destroying the Earth, mankind will beat IT to it.

Sad part is he is doing it in the name of one god or another in most cases.

Why is it so hard for people to understand the idea that God gives us free will? Religion is our means for creating our spiritual life, so we understand how to behave to attain spiritual enlightenment. It is up to us to act accordingly. It is WE that are destroying the good things in life. It is up to US to change our choices. And, BTW, that does not mean changing Others' choices -- only our own.

....because most people with more than half a functioning brain cell find it difficult to understand how a "loving, merciful, compassionate" deity would give you "free-will" and then condemn you for using it.
