For example, humans are natural beings, how does a supernatural being rule the natural beings?
Thats a question that would take a lot of deep study if I understand right that the word Rule is the focus of your question. Although I'll try a small idea.
We have free will and choice but I think we could be made do things as a society that we dont really wouldnt want because it's possible that are opinions are shaped by positive and negative reinforcement by satan towards his goals. Maby we mysteriously become more popular when we share his opinion and less popular when we dont. That gives our moods highs and lows and affects our energy levels towards our projects and over the course of ALL TIME it can have a dramatic impact.
For example, humans are natural beings, how does a supernatural being rule the natural beings?
God basically extends a branch from The Tree of Life in Eden to each human temple on earth, & their eternal soul is brought through the tunnel inside of the branch & put into the human body. Then at death the soul is drawn back into the tunnel inside the branch & heads back to Heaven.
So The Tree of Eternal Life is the bridge/link between the source (Heaven/The Spiritual realm) & the earth.
If you look within you will find God & The Tree of Eternal Life, & the bridge to Paradise.
Of course there are strong overwhelming material links holding people to the earth as well, & so these all have to be brushed from the mind so that your mind will be clear enough to perceive the link your soul has with GOD.
Even today God took me to The Spiritual Side of Life & carefully explained all the stages the soul goes through to be born on earth.
You won't be able to understand or believe anything unless you experience it for yourselves. So if you really want to know God & the truth, Then Open your minds to God & Heaven (the spiritual side of life) & you will be taught everything your mind can hold.

The demonic and powers of darkness realm is a spiritual link to the natural realm of the flesh , were these are in people and animals and in the earth but unseen, still these spirit will hide from the unbelievers and talk through people as much as they can , but these demon spirit can move to the abyss realm inside of the earth.......... Then there is the fallen angels which inhabit the high places realm just in the atmosphere of the earth , but these fallen angels will work with demons and can go into the abyss realm .............God gave the demons and the powers of darkness and the fallen angels power over the cattle and people and animals which are not protected by God .............
