Well, as you all know, earth is a moving and free spinning ball in space. Shouldn't there be some new "wisdom words" in the Bible replacing the old?

That is exactly why people should read the KJV and look words up in the Strong's.

5 Who laid the *foundations of the earth, that it should not be **removed for ever.

*foundation #4349 makown maw-kone' from 3559; properly, a fixture, i.e. a basis; generally a place, especially as an abode:--foundation, habitation, (dwelling-, settled) place.

**removed, 4131 mowt mote a primitive root; to waver; by implication , to slip, shake, fall:--be carried, cast, be out of course, be fallen in decay, X exceedingly, fall(-ing down), be (re-)moved, be ready, shake, slide, slip.

The Bible says "He set the earth on its foundations".

Do you want to say it any other ways as a Christian? That will be Blasphemy, and punishable in hell.

I am okay, the ruler of the Kindom has no jurisdiction over me. But you are in, so be careful. Most people interpret too much, that's why they are going to hell.

You have got to be kidding me. You show your ignorance as to just what the blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is. And even a deeper ignorance of what "hell"means. As a matter of fact my flesh body IS going to hell (the grave i.e a hole in the ground) if I die before my Lord returns.

never heard a figure of speech before?

Pound sand?
Hit the road?
Raining cats and dogs?

Do those things literally mean those things? Or are they just figures of speech?
