Question about the New Earth? (quote, Christians, heaven, exist)

Will the nice material rewards still exist in the New Earth and will each and everybody be able to own all the rewards they want and will the New Earth be similar to the current Earth but much more beautiful and be free from evil, hatred, corruption, anger, poverty, wars, envy, sadness, illness, diseases, drugs, alcohol, snobbiness and be filled with peace, joy, love, harmony and happiness
The new earth only represents when our planet will be in the stage of light and Life (Heaven on Earth). Sin will not exist. You won't be here to see it but you can see it from heaven. We are only in the beginning stages. We have quite a way to go. I was told in about a thousand years but I really don't know.

imho not likely, although possible.
