i mean do you look down on them (being a christian)?
Absolutely not. I think that would be going against what Christianity stands for. Everyone is equal in Jesus's eyes and when we judge someone else we are putting ourselves above what Jesus would do.
I don't judge them. I have just as many friends who go to church as not.
It is more along the lines of sympathy. (Please don't take this the wrong way!!!) I have found something (in church) that completes me and I believe it can bring that fulfillment to each person's life. So when I know someone who does not go to church, I think they are missing out on so much that could help them. But, in the end, it is their decision and I leave it up to them.
right, however i hate when i feel like ppl are pushing me to go. all the christian ppl i know always try to make me go and i feel pushed and i also feel like its so hard to say no. can't they understand its not my will?
going to church has nothing to do with how someone lives, moves, and breathes with Christ in their heart. I look to a person's words, actions, deeds, how they walk the talk, waaaaaay more than whether they go to church
I don't push anyone to come to church with me. I just live my life the way Christ would have me live it (as much as I can ). If I ever invite anyone, it is only when we are having something special like a Christmas or Easter program, or if they have expressed interest.
I understand that not all people are interested in church and I can respect that. The OP asked how we thought about those who don't go to church. I feel bad, but I keep it to myself.
