They're completely unrelated, though. Do you think anyone really likes hearing the KKK say the things they do? You can't just draw a line at certain things and not others. It's all or nothing.

There are some who would strongly disagree with that statement. Religious symbols have been used to promote things (nefarious things) other than peace, hope and goodwill for as long as there has been organized religion.
