i work in the Oil & Gas business...and my company just got a call from a displeased Lessor, complaining about his bonus payment...he went on to mention that his Legal Counsel was Jesus Christ, and if we had Lawyers to beat that to let him know...we all got a kick out of it!

i'm affraid it's already too late. our legal counsel is not willing to meet up with his...
It may be that they have no choice in the matter (though I have no doubt that they intend to settle accounts in an equitable fashion, and there will be no issue on this account).
