if your tryin to say that it was changed for better youd have to agree that that could be questionable
all them eternal hell concepts could have been the exact thing that was changed bye constantine to keep the people in fear and hold on to his political power

why do you think God allowed it to happen did He not do it right the first time
He didn't allow it! He said do not change a word or add anything to it.

According to Matthew 5:17-20, the law of the OT still applies to christians.

Christianity is based on Jesus dieing for our sins. Without Christ's redemptive work on the cross, we have no chance of being redeemed to God.

See the bolded:

Matthew 5

17"Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. 18I tell you the truth, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished. 19Anyone who breaks one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do the same will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven. 20For I tell you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees and the teachers of the law, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of heaven.

Read on:

Romans 8

1Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, 2because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set me free from the law of sin and death. 3For what the law was powerless to do in that it was weakened by the sinful nature, God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful man to be a sin offering. And so he condemned sin in sinful man, 4in order that the righteous requirements of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the sinful nature but according to the Spirit.

thats what your interpretation of the bible is saying-how do you know if youve interpreted it right or what your trying to interpret is the parts that were changed-why do you think there are so many contradictions in the bible.

do you realy think God would make such a beutiful place and keep it for himself and only a few others-and at the same time witness all His other hildren suffer in hell-will you be happy in heaven knowing there are billions siffering at the same time you are enjoying how could you be happy knowing that

that very last sentence-do you live in sinful nature-if so your no better than anyone else who does-and if you ask Jesus for forgiveness then keep on sinning then you are not sincere in your repentance

who wrote the book of romans

Yes! Christ is preparing Heaven for those who love & serve Him. Why would those who reject Christ want to be with Him for eternity?

I plan to be deliriously happy in Heaven!!!
